@iopsychmemes @dr_lbarber A hunch: Recruiters and hiring managers view resumes as a kind of work sample. Fairly or not, they make inferences about the candidate based on how it's organized, what information the candidate chooses to emphasize, and aesthetics, among other things.
@Talent_metrics Good article! My two cents: the vendor should be able to describe what their algorithm is doing in plain English.
